Master Data Specialist with French
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level - essential for client communication purposes
- At least 2 years of experience in Master Data as a main process
- F&A OTC experience would be asset
- University graduate
- Very good knowledge of excel (Preparing reports, VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, INDIRECT)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to assess credit risks and manage accounts effectively
Your key activities:
- Create, update, and maintain vendors', clients' master data in the system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely processing of master data requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Conduct regular data validation and cleansing activities to maintain high-quality master data
- Resolve queries
- Prepare reports when required by the Supervisor
- To contact the Supervisor as soon as possible if there is a potential problem
