Role: Manhattan WMS L2 Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Manhattan WMS, including incident resolution and service request handling.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of warehouse management system issues.
- Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams for smooth operations and support delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse operators and stakeholders to understand issues and provide solutions.
- Document resolutions, maintain knowledge base, and ensure compliance with support SLAs.
- Strong functional knowledge of warehouse management processes and operations.
- Hands-on technical expertise in Manhattan WMS (latest versions preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
- Experience in incident management tools and ITIL processes (preferred).
- Capability to handle critical issues under pressure and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Flexible to work in 24x7 support model if required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues.
