Manhattan WMS L2 Support Specialist

Role: Manhattan WMS L2 Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for Manhattan WMS, including incident resolution and service request handling.
  • Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of warehouse management system issues.
  • Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams for smooth operations and support delivery.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operators and stakeholders to understand issues and provide solutions.
  • Document resolutions, maintain knowledge base, and ensure compliance with support SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong functional knowledge of warehouse management processes and operations.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in Manhattan WMS (latest versions preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
  • Experience in incident management tools and ITIL processes (preferred).
  • Capability to handle critical issues under pressure and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Additional Expectations:
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 support model if required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues.
