Location: At any of three Infosys locations: MTY, CMDX or GDL.

Job schema: Hybrid 3 days per week work from office (mandatory).

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Mainframe developer with at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology with Team Lead experience to manage and guide teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 + years of experience working in Mainframe, Cobol, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM.
• CICS is mandatory.
• Experience working in DB2 (Stored procedures, Native SP, SQL).
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology with Team Lead experience to manage and guide teams

• Experience in US Healthcare.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• Strong Analytical & Design skills.
• Ability to lead the activities related to requirements elicitation, creation, and review of design, provide pseudo code to the team, assign and review tasks, mentor individuals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
