Lex Solution Architect

Infosys is seeking an Lex Solution Architect This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
10 years total IT experience, with 5-8+ years in cloud architecture and deep specialization in Amazon Connect & Amazon Lex

Preferred Qualifications:
Senior / Lead Solution Architect to own the architecture vision, technical strategy, and delivery excellence for large-scale, cloud-native Amazon Connect and conversational AI platforms.
Design end-to-end Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions using Amazon Connect/Lex, Bedrock, Nova2sonic
Architect conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex (V1/V2), Lambda, and related AWS services
Define scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework
Create reference architectures, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps
