Lead Sterling Integrator Administration Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Lead Sterling Integrator Administration Consultant . As a Lead Sterling Integrator Administration Consultant, who understands On Prem and Cloud server infrastructure landscape. You will be working with cross-functional and global teams and requires strong technical expertise in API-led connectivity, integration architecture, and cloud-based systems with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience

• Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in with application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of Unix (HP, IBM, Sun, Red Hat LINUX) and Windows, Azure cloud fundamentals
• Shell and Perl scripting for system monitoring and Alerts
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Sterling Integrator platform Administration
• Strong expertise with:

• Sterling integrator 6.x, Administrator
• Has complete knowledge of running sterling integrator related backend commands like searching for files, running and executing scripts, performing system health check, start up and shutdown commands and other admin commands.

Has knowledge of the issues that arise with sterling integrator and platform and has knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve ASAP

Abide by SLA and work with team to have the issues solved ASAP

Have understanding of performance tuning to Sterling integrator through dashboard

Can work with DB teams and Infra team for patching and performance tuning.

Have understanding of Sterling integrator DB Structure and inbuild tables.

Strong understanding of security protocols, cert management, firewall rules, infra, firewall, load balancer

Hands-on experience with incident management, RCA, and change management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Experience in Strong knowledge of software product issues

Programming knowledge : Python or Java

Relevant certifications:

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Ability to work under pressure and support critical 24x7 systems
