Short Description:
In this role , will be responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirement. This will also involve leading test execution and defect management. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintain automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc. Should be good mentor and guide the team members. You will also contribute in creating solutions and approach for proposals on QA for our customers
Location: Melbourne , Australia.
Salary: AUD 129,311 - 142,018 Annual Gross

Sitecore Experience
- 10+ years working with Sitecore platforms, including XP and XM Cloud.
- Strong experience migrating content, templates, pipelines, and custom Sitecore components.
- Understanding of Headless SXA, Sitecore JSS, Containers, and CDP/Personalize (desirable).
- Proven experience migrating front-end applications from Angular to Next.js.
- Hands-on proficiency with React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, API routes, SSR/SSG, and modern front-end architecture.
- Understanding of UX, SEO, and performance optimisation.
- Experience working with Azure platform services, especially API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, and related Azure iPaaS components.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions preferred).
- Ability to work in containerised environments (Docker/Kubernetes exposure beneficial).
- Experience leading teams of developers in agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Consulting mindset-able to provide recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and influence decisions.
- Lead end-to-end migration from Sitecore XP to XM Cloud, ensuring best practices and smooth transition.
- Define solution architecture, technical patterns, and development standards for the program.
- Provide hands-on development support in Sitecore, Next.js, and API integration when required.
- Guide front-end migration from Angular to Next.js, ensuring performance, accessibility, and modern UI/UX standards.
- Work closely with architecture and platform teams to align solution with enterprise guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sitecore, back-end, and front-end developers.
- Review code, lead technical ceremonies, and maintain engineering quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery managers to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and solution blueprints.
- Oversee DevOps pipelines, environment configuration, and cloud governance alignment.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimise cloud-based Sitecore deployments.
