Lead React Developer

Infosys is seeking a Lead React Developer . In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
• 4+ years of overall experience in front-end/UI development with expert-level proficiency in React frameworks and ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Lead front-end development efforts using React to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Lead front-end architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projects.
• Implement responsive UI designs with expertise in modern CSS, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, including advanced patterns, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Deep expertise in various state management patterns and libraries, with the ability to choose and implement optimal solutions for complex applications.
• Expert knowledge of advanced CSS techniques, performance-oriented styling, and experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Extensive experience managing front-end workflows using Node.js, npm/Yarn, and advanced build configurations; ability to optimize build processes.
• Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and E2E tests, using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright.
• Expert in Git and GitHub for complex projects, including advanced branching, release management, and code review processes.
• Prior experience or deep understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and implementation strategies.
• Experience leveraging monorepo tools like Nx for large-scale application development and managing shared libraries
• Experience with Docker and deployment/orchestration using OpenShift or Kubernetes in a production environment.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
