Lead Java Fullstack Developer
Infosys is seeking Java Developer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
At least 4 years of experience with App development using Spring Boot, Java 8, API, Microservices, Angular 8+, AWS/Openshift, Oracle / SQL DB, Core Java dealing with Concurrency
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, and microservices.
- Solid understanding of system software, database architecture, and platform upgrade impacts.
- Proven ability in source control, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
- Strong analytical, debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.
- Experience supporting tools or applications in large, globally distributed environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of DevOps concepts, automation, and modern development practices.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Analytical skills
