Lead Java Developer
Infosys is seeking a Lead Java Developer In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
- At least 4+ years of experience in Java/J2ee Technologies
- Experience with Java Technologies
- Strong development experience
- Java
- Web services
- Big Data
- Should have real time development experience using Spring Framework and other J2EE technologies
- Should have working experience in Big Data technologies include Hadoop, Apache Pig, Apache Oozie, Apache Hive, Apache Spark, SQL, Python, Java, and Shell scripting
- Working experience in database
- Talent should have debugged experience eg to do the RCA for finding issues causing the application failure

- At least 4 years of experience with collecting client technical requirements and translating these to project requirements
- Good exposure to Cloud Services (GCP and AWS) will be an added advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in relational databases
- At least 4 years of experience Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
