Lead Java Developer

Infosys is seeking a Lead Java Developer primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. The role will require strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment while contributing towards developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience

• Collaborate with the Invoicing/RVA/Telecom Business/ Engineering teams to provide QA solutions for supporting Fiber Engineering Vendor Billing Portal which process $25M /Month.
• At least 4 years' experience in migration testing from monlithic to modern architeture.
• At least 4 years' experience in developing Automation test cases using Selenium/TestNG Framework.
• At least 4 years' experience in using CoPilot/Cursor/Gemini AI Tools for SDLC
• Develop an process by writing automation scripts to automate regression test suite
• Offer business and analytical solutions to fulfill Invoicing/RVA requirements.
• Analyze Business Req and automate using Agentic AI the process without need for manual validations.
• Design and implement Database structures in Oracle
• Identify and address performance and data redundancy issues by optimizing Database functions and indexes in Oracle
• Analyze Expense and budgeting data to propose financial data models and design solutions.
• Implement automation processes utilizing Verizon Message Bus (VMB) for efficient data storage and retrieval across systems.
• Must be Proficient in utilizing MS Excel for generating ad-hoc reports to fulfill business needs.
