Job Description
• Defining the Integrated Roadmap (dependencies) for a given initiative and for a given Product and/or Service
• Coordination / Follow-up / Priorities management (Business perspective)
• Facilitate Technical integration of products and/or services with related coordination / follow-up (IM Perspective)
• Facilitate Functional Integration Tests across the impacted products and/or services

• Collaborate with Large Solutions, EPICs and project teams.
• Monitor release execution and escalate issues as needed.
• Set up and lead weekly release coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute release status reports.
• Organize Release Milestone ceremonies.
• Ensure clear documentation of release scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Support validation and testing activities during each release phase.
• Ensure readiness of environments, data, and teams for each release cycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to releases and migration activities.
• Maintain a RIA (Risk, Issue, Actions) and drive resolution of critical items.
• Facilitate impact assessments and contingency planning.
• Understand the PLM functional landscape of the client and formulate the future roadmap based on the enterprise vision.

Requirements
• Engineering graduate with years of experience in PLM Techno Functional domain, with 8+ years of Deployment/Release activities in Airbus.
• Should have led/participated in the complex release/deployment (involving 10+ products) activities for 3+ years.
• Very good project management skills with knowledge on utilization of project management tools like MS project/ Zoho.
• Very good understanding of A350 PLM Backbone.
• Global awareness on Airbus PLM landscape (including CATIA, ECH, APS, PS SSI, DMU/TreND)
• Strong background of the all the deployment enablers like Myaccess / VersionOne/ Ctrl-M / DaaS / AVDs etc
• Strong background on client deployment specificities including Extended Enterprise
• Expertise in 3D Experience PLM platform will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge on upstream and downstream dependencies (Manufacturing, customer services, change process,...)
• Awareness of Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Awareness of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Leading proposals and contributing to RFPs.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of 15 people.

• Work closely with the Large Solution, EPICs, Products/ARTs to understand the scope, timelines, and other dependencies to prepare the Release roadmap.
• Communicate & secure the plan, scope, schedule, commitments with key stakeholders.
• Secure dependencies between ARTs impacting the global plan, and incorporate the limitations, dependencies capturing the critical path and risk mitigation to secure it.
• Prepare the required deliveries for various release milestones/quality gates and conduct milestone review meetings to ensure Project progress with sufficient quality/maturity
• Work with change management Team to secure the move into production timelines.
• Collaborate with ARTs/ Projects to identify the risk and issues.
• Ensure that ARTs/ Projects are strictly adhering to the agreed delivery timelines.
• Secure the deployment slot with projects and communicate it with key stakeholders.
• Ensure the availability of test platforms for the test campaigns.
• Escalate the open points that can put the release at risk.
• Prepare detailed Production deployment plan.
• Coordinate production deployment activities and keep the stakeholders regularly informed on the progress.
