Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM - OTL

Infosys is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Oracle Time & Labor Techno Functional Lead to implement and support OTL modules for Canadian public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge in OTL module, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may need to travel to Toronto.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

- Conduct requirement gathering with HR, OTL, and business stakeholders
- Configure Time Entry Profiles, Layout Sets, Time Calculation Rules
- Define overtime, shift, and pay rules based on Canadian labor laws
- Manage timecard validations and approval workflows
- Integrate with Absence Management and Payroll
- Support UAT and production deployment
- Develop and support integrations (Time to OTL, time clocks and other third-party systems)
- Work with HDL, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Reports
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues
- Support data migration and automation
- Ensure compliance with provincial labor laws
- Configure statutory holidays, overtime policies, shift premiums
- Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
- Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL, Absence, Payroll and other relevant modules
- Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL modules
- Hands-on experience in working on Oracle OTL
- Hands on experience on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, OTL batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to OTL, Absences, Payroll and other related modules
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
$96620 to $109129
