Labvantage LIMS - Consultant

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Labvantage LIMS - Consultant to join our team.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of LabVantage LIMS, including implementation, enhancement and support activities.
• Strong technical expertise in LabVantage LIMS version 8.6 or higher.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, Core Java and JavaScript.
• Advanced English language skills to effectively communicate in a global, multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to quality, accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired qualifications (nice to have):

• Experience in defining solution architecture, functional design and detailed system specifications.
• Background working as a senior consultant on LabVantage LIMS projects.
• Experience with system integrations, including ERP systems (such as SAP), PLM or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise database concepts.
• Experience with master data setup and data migration, including legacy data.
• Familiarity with Jasper Reports and BarTender label management.
• Experience with instrument integrations using SDMS.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Act as a Senior LabVantage LIMS Consultant, supporting end-to-end project delivery.
• Lead and execute implementation, configuration, development and customization of the LabVantage LIMS platform.
• Participate in solution architecture definition, functional design and process detailing.
• Design and support integrations between LabVantage LIMS and other enterprise systems, such as SAP.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to system configuration and customization.
• Support data migration activities, including analysis, mapping and validation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
