KIWI Plan Application Developer & Support Engineer
The Manufacturing KIWI Plan Application Developer & Support Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting the KIWI Planning System used across in the paper & pulp industry. This role ensures continuity of production planning, order scheduling, capacity management, and integration with upstream and downstream manufacturing systems. The candidate will work closely with manufacturing planners, operations teams, IT stakeholders, and cross functional application teams to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within the traveling distance of Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
4+ years of experience in application development and support for manufacturing or supply chain systems.
Hands on experience with KIWI Plan or similar production planning tools.
Strong proficiency in: Bash scripting MSSQL SSIS Linux/Unix Administration Ansible PowerShell Windows Administration Blazor Angular MySQL C# JavaScript Web Services .NET ASP.Net core API Management Microsoft Fabric ASP.Net Razor pages Hangfire Experience with integration between planning systems and MES/ERP.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes in paper & pulp, including:
Reel building Converting
Scheduling & sequencing
Capacity and load planning
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with KIWI Plan in paper mills or converting plants.
Knowledge of industrial automation interfaces (PLC/SCADA) is a plus.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting applications in 24x7 manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of SAP PP/PI or Oracle Manufacturing modules is beneficial.
