We are looking for a candidate with:
Proficiency in English & Spanish (B2 or higher)
Strong organization, problem-solving, communication and customer interaction skills
High level of independence and ability to take ownership of tasks
Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule if necessary (e.g. Fiscal Year End Closing)
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Your key activities:
Daily processing of expense reports in accordance with documented policies & procedures
Respond to e-mail & telephone customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
Update and/or create Standard Operating Procedures, take part in Time Study measurements and Risk Assessments
Escalate issues appropriately and in timely manner to supervisor
