Junior OTC Officer with Italian

We are looking for a candidate with:
1 year experience in F&A OTC (especially cash application) or master data area
Very good knowledge of excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS)
Italian and English knowledge on at least B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations professionally
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Solid planning, organizing and time management skills required
Good communication skills (written and verbal), attitude towards problem solving and team skills
Working with SAP4H will be an asset
Your key activities:
Book all transactions in the system in order to ensure the current status of the settlements

Unallocated cash analysis and investigation
Process customer refunds where required
Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalate to Supervisor
Actively participating in end of month/quarter and year financial close tasks
Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to enhance communication and resolve queries effectively.
Regularly update the team leader around developments and progress of relevant operational issues
Prepare reports when required by the Supervisor
To contact the Supervisor as soon as possible if there is a potential problem
