Junior Order Management & Quoting Specialist with French

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Junior Order Management & Quoting Specialist with French
Location: Lodz - hybrid

Responsibilities:
Review and analyze customer requests for quotations - cooperation with the Sale team in this area
Prepare and create quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines
Renew existing cooperation between the client and end customers
Validate pricing, margins, discounts, and commercial conditions before quote submission
Collaborate with Sales Team, Order Management teams, 3rd party Teams
Follow up on pending requests and obtain missing documentation from stakeholders
Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
About 1 year of experience in Sales & Fulfillment domain à hands-on experience in working on Quoting, Order Management and Contract Renewals processes
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SFDC/Salesforce, Cisco tools, vendor portals) and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Knowledge of English and French at least B2 level - essential for client communication purposes
Ability to work with queues and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Strong understanding of quotation and order processing documentation
Proficient MS Excel
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Experience in working with SLAs, KPIs, TATs, and productivity targets
