Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Junior Order Management Officer with English and Polish
Location: Lodz - hybrid work

Responsibilities:
Email / phone communication to manage customer orders in timely and efficient manner
Manage orders in SAP - process order changes
Elaborate and discuss challenges with different stakeholders (emails, calls)
Cooperate with internal functions to resolve customer queries
Calculate quote amounts using excel macro and adjust it accordingly to Vendor quotes
Work on daily basis with SAP and SFDC
Active participation in board meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded

Requirements:

English on at least B2 level
Polish on at least B2 level
About 1 year of experience in similar position (Order Management, Quoting, Customer Care)
Practical knowledge of MS Office
Ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
Ability to focus on deadlines and prioritize day to day
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
