We are looking for a candidate with:
Experience in AP (1 year)
Finance/Accounting studies or Finished accounting courses/or already good experience in AP
Strong analytical skills
Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
Experience in reporting area
Multitasking
Eye for improvement areas
Good team player
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Your key activities:
Working on invoice processing, reporting, analysis
Email queries handling
Accounts analysis
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
