Junior Accountant with German (PTP/AP)

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Junior Accountant with German (PTP/AP)
Location: Bucharest and Sibiu - hybrid 3/2

Responsibilities:
Email and phone query handling
Invoice processing
Account analysis
Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
Effective communication and maintaining professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Achieving business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets

Requirements:
Approximately 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in AP/PTP area
German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level (essential for client communication purposes)
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (essential for client communication purposes)
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or completed accounting courses would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details
Multitasking
Eye for improvement areas
Good team player
Customer orientation and proactive approach
