MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES:
- Jira experience as administrator and support specialist
- Confluence experience as administrator and support specialist
MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Expertise in configuring projects and spaces within Jira and Confluence.
- In-depth knowledge of Adaptavist ScriptRunner.
- Proficiency in coding with Groovy or Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support.
- Experience in application testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills for user support.
- Capability to train users in the effective use of Jira and Confluence.
MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Utilize Adaptavist ScriptRunner for automation, including enhancing workflows, writing scheduled jobs, and configuring listeners.
- Manage Jira workflow properties, conditions, validators, and post-functions.
- Perform testing on plugins and environments following upgrades.
- Provide basic user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Oversee project archiving in compliance with company policies and procedures.
