Based on your role, please note that this position may require on-site presence at Infosys premises and/or client locations. Role Description: Global IT PMO
Location: Infosys Japan Tokyo Office
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale global IT transformation projects.
• Coordinate project activities across global delivery teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and timely execution.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Translate project-related materials, including PowerPoint presentations, proposals, technical documents, meeting materials, and business communications between Japanese and English.
• Support the localization of Infosys solution materials and customer-facing documentation.
• Work closely with the other translators one a translation project and ensure quality and consistency of the translation.
• The candidate will be responsible for translating a diverse range of documents such as client facing proposals, project case studies, contracts, company collaterals, press releases and project related technical documents.

Requirements:

• Native-level Japanese with fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proven ability in business interpretation and presentation translation
• 2-3 years of experience in IT or technical domains
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office. Basic Knowledge of Translation / Localization Processes, Translation Memory tools, Terminology management processes and computer-assisted translation software.
• Ability to understand the intent behind the documents and translate accurately into Japanese, making sure that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible. At the same time maintain cultural appropriateness and nuances while translating.

• Knowledge of IT terminologies and software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
