Key Responsibilities
RLM/FL Operations & Functional Leadership
- Lead end-to-end support for SAP IS-Oil RLM/FL including incidents, service requests, enhancements, and stabilization.
- Configure and manage RLM functionalities: Terminal Automation, Depot Operations, Bulk Plant Operations, Fuel Order Management, Loading Rack Operations, Fuel Movement (Truck/Barge/Rail), Quantity Conversions, and Density Management.
- Ensure compliance with required downstream and fuel logistics standards.
Downstream Logistics & Distribution Management
- Support downstream oil logistics including dispatching, delivery confirmations, fuel tracking, tank farm management, transportation, and secondary distribution.
- Ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, PM, and TM.
Onsite Coordination & Business Engagement
- Serve as onsite focal point for assigned commercial, terminal operations, distribution, and supply chain teams.
- Provide daily updates, manage escalations, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, UAT, and business alignment.
Enhancements, Optimization & Project Support
- Lead new functional enhancements for RLM and downstream operations.
- Support integration with Terminal Automation Systems, S/4HANA transformation, BTP mobility solutions, and digital petroleum logistics.
- Collaborate with technical teams for smooth end-to-end delivery.
System Stability, Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with assigned IT governance, documentation, and audit controls.
- Conduct RCA for recurring issues; implement preventive measures.
- Approve RLM/FL-related change and transport requests.
Integration & Operational Support
- Support integration between RLM ↔ SD, MM, PM, external TAS systems.
- Troubleshoot critical operational issues impacting terminal or supply chain operations.
People Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor onsite/offshore teams.
- Establish best practices for IS-Oil and RLM support.
- Identify automation opportunities in logistics workflows.
