Instructional Designer

We offer business consulting, technology and engineering solutions and end-to-end transformative business process management services to some of the world's most iconic brands. To support this journey, we are seeking an Instructional Designer.
The Instructional Designer willdesign, develop, and Implement engaging and effective learning experiences with instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
Your tasks in detail:
• Partner with program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs against required training timelines.
• Create audio scripts, captions, and videos in a variety of context.
• Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to rapidly design, develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online and virtual modalities.
• Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (may include audio/video creation or edition).
• Request uploads for content to an LMS Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional design and training processes.
• May coach and mentor less experienced staff.
• Review and update training deliverables that have being created.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, virtual learning content, job aids, course resources, videos, articles, blog posts, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct needs assessments, analyse learner feedback, and use evaluation data to continuously improve instructional materials and learning outcomes.
• Lead content creation, editing, packaging, testing, and publishing activities while ensuring quality, relevance, accuracy, and accessibility compliance throughout the content lifecycle.
• Manage, update, and coordinate uploads of learning content within learning management systems (LMS).
• Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
• Conduct accessibility assessments and audits of digital content and platforms, identify accessibility barriers, and support remediation plans.
• Collaborate with content creation stakeholders, accessibility and compliance teams, and other cross-functional partners to integrate accessibility best practices into content creation processes.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs, including accessibility guidelines, policies, procedures, and regular updates on changes that could impact the business.
Skills you need to be part of the team:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Graphic Design, or similar field or, its equivalent on job experience.
• Applies solid instructional design methodology, including adult learning theory, interactive activities, and competency-based evaluations to produce high quality, interactive learning solutions.
• Comfortable with any of the eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology, and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.
• Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes including productivity and understanding.
• Experience in instructional design within related field (accessibility, cloud computing, Office packages, etc.) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, VLIT, e-learning, video.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times and hard deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to follow processes to ensure quality execution.
• Ability to conduct accessibility testing, use accessibility assessment tools, and implement remediation strategies.
• Self-sufficient, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working with limited supervision while knowing when to seek support.
