Job Title: IAM Functional Manager (PAM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Functional Manager with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead and enhance our identity and access security framework. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing privileged access risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard critical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage PAM and IAM tools and processes, including provisioning, lifecycle management, and access rights enforcement.
  • Collaborate with security teams to define roles, policies, and workflows for privileged access.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support: onboarding/offboarding users, credential management, and access approvals.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system health and compliance.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and IT teams for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and access reviews.
  • Take ownership of PAM/IAM configurations within One Identity tooling.

Growth & Advanced Responsibilities
  • Lead complex PAM/IAM projects, including module rollouts, federation service integrations, and advanced vault solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PAM/IAM best practices, architecture, and strategic improvements.
  • Design and implement enhancements such as RBAC models, privileged session monitoring, and automated lifecycle workflows.
  • Drive continuous process improvements through automation and audit readiness.
  • Participate in compliance audits, present findings, and remediate gaps.
  • Mentor junior administrators or analysts on tools and processes.
  • Support light technical maintenance (log reviews, troubleshooting connectors, scripting repetitive tasks).
  • Proactively assess risks and propose technical or procedural improvements in coordination with cybersecurity teams.

Requirement
  • Strong understanding of IAM/PAM concepts: RBAC, least-privilege access, credential vaulting, privileged session monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with One Identity IGA and PAM solutions and integration with identity providers (SAML, LDAP, Azure AD).
  • Analytical mindset to translate business requirements into secure configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with business, security, and IT stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and process-improvement oriented.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Relevant PAM/IAM certifications (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PAM/IAM functional roles with One Identity.
  • Proven track record in configuring and supporting enterprise-grade PAM tools.
  • Experience in access reviews, compliance reporting, and audit remediation.
  • Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
  • Exposure to large IT landscapes and integration with cloud/on-prem systems.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, ISAE3402) and ability to translate them into implementation strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
