HRSG Structural Engineer will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG). Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components.

Roles and Responsibilities : HRSG Structural Engineer
Design on Casing, duct, stack and steel structures including lifting and erection frame of HRSG(Heat Recovery Steam Generator).

• HRSG main steel structure analysis and connection design
• Stair tower, silencer support, platform, other secondary structures analysis
• Stack design
• Preparing foundation load and anchor/base plate design
• Various selection sheet preparation based on design guide
• Casing, duct, stack arrangement drawing review
• Module lifting and erection drawing review
• Supplier 3D Tekla model and erection drawing review
• Whole 3D modeling review and avoiding clash and problem
• Following-up site issue
• Taking project lead

Skills /Competencies:
• Structural Analysis - Staad Pro(Optional Skill - Midas Gen, Robot, IDEA StatiCa)
• 3D model review - Tekla Trimble , Navisworks
• Drawing review - AutoCAD
• Design Codes - ASCE, AISC, EN, OSHA, AWS

• 본 역할은 HRSG(배열회수보일러)의 Casing, Duct, Stack및 철골 구조물과 인양 및 설치 프레임에 대한 설계를 담당합니다.

• HRSG main steel structure 구조해석 및 접합부 설계
• Stair tower, silencer support, platform, other secondary structures 구조해석
• Stack 설계
• 기초하중 산출 및 Anchor/base plate 설계
• 설계 가이드에 따른 각종 선정서(Selection Sheet) 작성
• Casing, duct, stack의 기본 도면 검토
• HRSG Module 설치를 위한 인양/설치 프레임의 도면 검토
• 제작자가 제공한 3D Tekla 모델 및 설치 도면 검토
• 전체 3D 모델 검토를 통한 간섭 체크 및 문제 해결
• 현장 문제에 대한 검토 및 대응
• 프로젝트 담당자

Skills /Competencies:
