HRO Specialist with German and English
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź- Hybrid 2/3 or remote with in Poland

We are looking for a candidate with:
English and German B2 - essential for client communication purposes
Experience in HR administration, payroll or employee lifecycle management
Very good teamwork
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Your key activities:
Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation
Support payroll processes and ensure data accuracy
Respond to employee and client queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted HR contact
