HR Operations Executive

As part of a large-scale global transformation, a world-leading FMCG company has partnered with Infosys to redesign and elevate its Global Business Services (GBS) to world-class standards. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Executive to join our Greenfield GBS team in Bucharest. The HR Operations Lead is responsible for delivering end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) services and building a robust, compliant, and high-performing HR operations environment for the Bucharest hub.
This role ensures operational excellence across HR processes, drives governance and analytics, and embeds a strong performance and talent culture across the site. It plays a critical role in establishing scalable HR foundations as part of the GBS operating model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hire-to-Retire Operations Management
- Own and manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes (joiners, movers, leavers, HR data, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle);
- Ensure high-quality HR service delivery aligned with global standards and local requirements;
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization across HR operations.
2. Organization Analytics & Governance
- Manage and maintain organization design (OD) data;
- Provide actionable insights through people analytics and workforce reporting;
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and organization structures;
- Establish governance mechanisms for workforce planning, position control, and reporting.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR-related licenses/permits;
- Act as key liaison with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters;
- Maintain audit readiness and robust documentation standards.
- Drive implementation of performance management frameworks across the site;
- Embed a high-performance culture aligned with company values and leadership behaviors;
- Support and execute talent management cycles.
The candidate must possess:
- 7 + years of generalist HR experience;
- Fluency in local language & English is imperative;
- Professional HR certification / accreditation.
