HR Onboarding Process Specialist with Italian

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a person with:

    • Between 1-4 years of HR operations experience, including complex employee lifecycle transactions, quality review, case resolution or reporting.
    • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, business or analytics discipline preferred
    • Strong knowledge of workforce administration, onboarding, leave and time processes
    • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools
    • Experience with mass changes, data audits, complex cases and operational reporting
    • Knowledge of employee-data privacy, approval controls and downstream payroll impacts
    • Ability to coach associates and coordinate local or regional requirements -
Fluency in Italian and English (min C1 level) - essential for client communication purposes

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key activities:
    • Resolve complex workforce, onboarding, leave, time and employee-data cases.
    • Quality-check individual and mass data changes, contracts, employee files and downstream notifications.
    • Investigate data-integrity variances and coordinate corrective updates across HR systems.
    • Coordinate leave-vendor activity, return-to-work processing and locally delivered case administration.
    • Administer approved onboarding or exit surveys and prepare experience reports.
    • Consolidate time-administration inputs and maintain operational process documentation.
Analyze workforce and operational data, prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Coach associates, maintain SOPs and monitor case quality, service levels and recurring root causes.
    • Escalate non-standard, legally sensitive cases

Learning Administration Specialist with French

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a person with:
  • Between 1-4 years of learning operations experience, including complex LMS administration, reporting, quality review or program coordination.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, learning, analytics or business discipline preferred
  • Strong LMS and learning-program administration knowledge
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Experience in analyzing learning data, resolving complex cases and coordinating campaign
  • Knowledge of confidential assessment administration and learning audit controls
  • Ability to coach associates and engage facilitators, vendors and retained stakeholder
  • Fluency in French and English (min C1 level)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key activities:
• Resolve complex LMS, catalogue, enrolment, completion and learning-record issues.
• Coordinate large-scale learning campaigns, leadership programs, assessments and training events.
• Administer learning and assessment instruments and operational survey-provider interfaces.
• Analyze participation, completion, feedback and development-plan data and prepare exception reporting.
• Review learning records, schedules and course-maintenance activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate approved content updates and process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge content and coach associates on learning processes and controls.
• Identify recurring issues, learner-support trends and opportunities for approved automation or self-service.
