HR Business Partner

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a trusted advisor to our designated business units.

What You'll Do:

• Advise assigned business units on strategic HR matters and navigate complex people-related issues;
• Provide guidance on HR policies and measures and, when needed, facilitate access to information and support from other HR teams and centres;
• Support the HR Manager in implementing the internal employer branding strategy;
• Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring HR solutions align seamlessly with business objectives;
• Leverage your strong understanding of Romanian labor law and corporate environments to provide practical and compliant solutions;
• Become a true business partner for your assigned accounts, developing a strong understanding of their unique needs;
• Monitor retention and attrition levels, analyze key drivers, and prepare monthly reports;
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to drive innovative HR initiatives and programs;
• Think critically, see the big picture, and confidently represent both HR and business interests;
• Deliver results and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a corporate environment;
• Strong communication and influencing skills;
• An innovative mindset and a passion for finding creative and practical solutions;
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of people management practices;

• Fluency in English.
