HR Administration Specialist with Italian

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
HR Administration Specialist with Italian
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Timely handling of HR-related tickets
Accurate logging of all inquiries in the ticketing system
Taking ownership of client-reported issues
Performing follow-up actions in case of escalations
Participating in client discussions regarding HR processes
Handling incoming calls - service line
Achieving quality goals and SLA targets

Requirements:
Italian at minimum C1 level
English at minimum B2 level
2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Payroll (preferred in the Italian market)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Strong communication and analytical skills
At least secondary education
Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
Capability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time
Attention to detail and awareness of GDPR-related aspects
Time management skills - multitasking role
