Healthcare Test Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Test Analyst.

As a Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Infosys hub locations(Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Indiana, IN, Phenix, AZ, Hartford, CT) or be willing to relocate in one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.

• At least 2 years of software testing experience.
• Good soft skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing principles, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data profiling, reconciliation, and anomaly detection techniques.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working on data migration projects, involving GCP Bigquery, AWS Redshift, SQL Server.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, Java).
• Experience in ETL tools (Ex: Informatica, DataStage).
• Strong aware of Testing lifecycle stages with detailed understanding of processes involved in each stage.
• Experienced in collaborating with a larger team in Global Delivery Model and in Client interfacing mode.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology with clear concepts of Agile implementation in testing space.
• Automation awareness and implementation in testing.
• Effective communication skills, strong analytical ability, and good team player.
• Should have good knowledge on cloud migration.
• Quick Learner, adapting to dynamic work environment.
• Experience with Healthcare Insurance Domain is a plus.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
