Group Practice Engagement Manager - SAP

Role Definition:

  • Part of SAP Practice - Unit Technology Office - Global role
  • SAP Product Strategy & Roadmap: Work closely with SAP Product Engineering teams in Walldorf and around the world with a specific emphasis on SAP technology topics (SAP BTP, BDC, AI etc.) and help shape the right Infosys SAP propositions, offerings & solutions in a market-ready manner with relevant SAP certifications etc. (eg: Infosys Industry Data Product for Retail Consumer Industry powered by SAP BDC)
  • Cross Unit collaboration: As the SAP Practice Leader, work closely with various Infosys internal teams (Topaz, Analytics, Cloud Infra, BPM etc.) to shape the next generation "Infosys SAP X-Unit solutions" around SAP BDC, SAP AI, SAP Agentic Platforms etc.
  • SAP relationship: Contribute to strengthening Infosys relationship with senior SAP stakeholders at Walldorf & worldwide and help us achieve "Top 5 GSSP" status on all key joint relationship KPIs (Influenced Revenue, AI activations, Number of BDC Projects, RISE re-validation, Enablement & Certification, Integrated Toolchain, Clean core adoption etc.). Also grow "SAP-as-a-customer" relationship to reach 100m within 3 years.
  • Strategic & Large Deals (AMS): Work closely with Infosys SAP Practice Sales Teams around the world (Ramesh, Bala & Ravi) & relevant customers to shape our large SAP deals (particularly AMS) and ensure our solutions represent the futuristic roadmap of what good looks like in the coming years (Automation, YoY Productivity, AI adoption etc.).
