- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
