Infosys is seeking a GoldenSource Developer - Reference Data & Security Master. In this role, with a strong domain knowledge in capital markets and proven expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting GoldenSource-based reference data platforms across front, middle, and back-office systems, you will be responsible to interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather system requirements. Will also apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation; define solutions to complex business problems; this opportunity is to be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Required Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to this location. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Hands-on experience as a GoldenSource Developer in Reference Data Management and Security Master implementations, customization, or support
  • Strong expertise in Reference Data Management (RDM) and Security Master concepts.
  • Proven years of experience with GoldenSource data models, workflows, business rules, and exception management
  • Strong SQL skills; experience working with relational databases (Oracle preferred)
  • Experience with data feeds, ETL processes, APIs, and file-based integrations, familiarity with data quality frameworks, lineage, and governance concepts.
  • Solid understanding of Capital Markets workflows - trade lifecycle, settlement, risk, reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments across asset classes - Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern data architectures.
  • Knowledge of industry identifiers and standards - ISIN, CUSIP, SEDOL, ISO codes
  • Exposure to corporate actions processing and security lifecycle management
  • Exposure to Markit EDM, Asset Control, or other RDM tools, knowledge of T+1 settlement impacts on reference data
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models, understanding of AI/automation initiatives in data quality or enrichment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members, experience working in Global, multi-vendor environments

  • Design, develop, and support GoldenSource Security Master and Reference Data solutions across asset classes.
  • Configure and customize GoldenSource data models, workflows, and rule frameworks to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and manage data ingestion, validation, enrichment, and exception handling processes.
  • Integrate GoldenSource with upstream data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG, Reuters) and downstream consumer systems.
  • Build and maintain data quality rules, survivorship logic, and Golden Copy frameworks.
  • Support corporate actions, instrument lifecycle events, and security attributes (ISIN, CUSIP, SEDOL, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business users, data stewards, and architects to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support regulatory initiatives such as MiFID II, KYC, AML, and T+1 settlement where reference data plays a critical role.
  • Participate in production support, enhancements, and platform upgrades.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
