Global Client Operations Head - Finance & Accounting (F&A)

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in Finance & Accounting operations (RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A or similar).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes, including operational delivery, financial controls, compliance, month-end close, reporting, analytics and continuous improvement.
- Experience in F&A transformation, including process optimization, automation, digital solutions (RPA, workflow, analytics), and global operating model evolution.
- Proven track record working in diverse, cross-cultural and global environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale mid-size teams (~30+ people), with strong capabilities in coaching, mentoring and developing talent.
- Excellent client-facing skills: ability to manage senior stakeholders, build trust-based relationships and communicate with impact.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and consulting skills, combined with innovative thinking and a proactive mindset.
- Transformation mindset: ability to identify improvement opportunities, define business cases and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Solid project management capability, ensuring coordinated delivery and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented and agile, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred experience in Shared Services (SSC) / Global Business Services (GBS) organizations.
- Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow and continuously evolve with the business.

- Lead and manage the global team responsible for delivering Finance & Accounting operations for the client, ensuring high-quality service across relevant F&A towers (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, FP&A).
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities and define mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with financial policies, internal controls, audit requirements and process standards.
- Act as a Finance & Accounting Subject Matter Expert; guide and develop team members, assess capability gaps and maintain a robust training and development roadmap.
- Drive employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Manage strong relationship with the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery, transparency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the financial performance of operations, including revenue, cost structure, productivity and savings.
- Define, update and communicate the regional operational strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and performance objectives.
- Own accountability for contractual KPIs and SLAs, including accuracy, timeliness, compliance rates, process stability and transformation deliverables.
- Drive performance management across the team, ensuring consistent execution quality, timely delivery and achievement of agreed business outcomes.
