Global Alliance Manager

Infosys is seeking a Global Alliance Leader to lead strategic infrastructure-focused technology partnerships. This role owns the global relationship with infrastructure partners across cloud platforms, datacenter technologies, networking, storage, security, DaaS and enterprise infrastructure software, driving joint strategy, go-to-market execution, revenue growth, and large enterprise deal support.
The GAM operates at an executive level across partner organizations and Infosys sales and delivery leadership, shaping scalable, repeatable infrastructure-led growth globally.
What You'll Do
Infrastructure Alliance Leadership
- Own end-to-end global relationships with core infrastructure ISVs and OEMs, including ecosystems such as:
- Neo Cloud Platform Providers: Core Weave etc.
- Compute & Datacenter OEMs: Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo etc.
- Networking: Cisco, Arista, Juniper Networks etc.
- Storage & Data Protection: NetApp, Pure Storage, Dell EMC, Hitachi Vantara, Cohesity, Rubrik etc.
- Virtualization & Platforms: VMware, Red Hat etc.
- Security & Resilience: Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike etc.
- Semicom: NVIDIA, Intel, AMD etc.
- Build and sustain senior executive relationships across partner sales, alliances, product, and engineering organizations
- Define joint infrastructure priorities aligned to enterprise modernization, hybrid cloud, and platform transformation agendas
- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies across infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, hybrid/multi-cloud, and platform-led transformation
- Drive partner-led pipeline creation and demand generation through campaigns, field enablement, and co-sell motions
- Partner closely with Infosys sales teams to position differentiated, infrastructure-centric solutions and value propositions
- Support large, complex enterprise deals involving cloud foundations, datacenter modernization, networking, security, and platform transformation
- Shape solution and commercial constructs jointly with partners to improve win rates and deal velocity
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning sales, delivery, architecture, and partner organizations
- Negotiate global partnership agreements and define scalable commercial and engagement models
- Run structured governance cadence with partner and Infosys leadership to track pipeline, performance, and growth outcomes
- Lead and coordinate a global team of alliance managers across regions, ensuring execution consistency
What You Bring
Experience
- Proven leadership in global infrastructure or cloud alliances, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles
- Strong track record of partner-led services and solutions growth in enterprise infrastructure markets
- Experience influencing large, multi-year infrastructure and cloud transformation programs
- Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure services, including cloud foundations, datacenter, networking, storage, security, and platform integration
- Strong grasp of services sales, partner-based selling, and integrated solution models
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed global organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills- ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
- Demonstrated ability to maneuver and manage strategic alliances and channel partners to maximize the mutual value of the relationship through revenue growth
- Strong presentation skills and written communication as well as problem solving skills at both a strategic and functional level
- Effectively communicate with senior level decision makers in organizations worldwide
- Aggressive attitude in developing new accounts and building personal relationships
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop great relationships with clients, fellow staff members and other professionals.
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within the organization (internally & externally)
- Superior client facing interaction skills including negotiation tactics
