Geo Lead - Talent Acquisition
The Geo Lead - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for Talent Acquisition function across campus hiring/lateral hiring/business enabler function, customer facing groups in one or more geographic location. S/he will drive talent acquisition strategy across regions/CDs within the geography including new market penetration, developing talent pool and influencing business academia / industry bodies. S/he will bring/ leverage expertise in the geography to adhere to deployment norms, practices, compensation structures etc. S/he will also be responsible for large flagship engagements during employee acquisition programs in the region. S/he will track and manage budgets across the region IN ORDER TO align organizational business plan with recruitment strategy.
The Geo Lead - Talent Acquisition will build and review staffing and sourcing plans with key stakeholders taking into account organizational metrics, talent availability and cost parameters. S/he will identify and build alternate resource pools/ programs to facilitate quicker deployment IN ORDER TO deploy the right talent as per business requirements.
The Geo Lead - Talent Acquisition will be involved in external talent branding, Analytics,, assessment models and vendor management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 14 years of experience related to the job description
- Experienced senior management professional, with a minimum of 14 years of experience
- Strong credentials as an influencer and organizational leader
- Experience with day-to-day management of complex escalations and issues in a shared services environment
- Excellent communication skills with a very strong personal presence; can influence, persuade and negotiate
- Numerate and analytical with the ability to identify insightful data and trends
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
