Full-stack Developer | Desarrollador Full Stack

Job Title: Technology Leader- Full-stack Developer
Location: Location: Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara. Hybrid work requires at least 3 days per week at Infosys offices.
Responsibilities:

• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications using NodeJS and Typescript.
• Collaborate with the team to translate software requirements into stable, high-performance software solutions.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and functionality, with a focus on modern web technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and standards, with a strong emphasis on ReactJS and the Remix Framework.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for improved performance and efficiency, including frontend performance.
• Work closely with product managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and adherence to full-stack best practices.
• Maintain and extend automated unit tests to ensure comprehensive code coverage across the full stack.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team, particularly in the areas of NodeJS, Typescript, ReactJS, and Remix.
• Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, including advancements in full-stack development, JavaScript frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Design, develop, and consume Web APIs to integrate with other systems.
• Lead the development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript.
• Solid understanding of and extensive experience with ReactJS.
• Experience with the Remix Framework.
• Experience with one or more database technologies, including MS SQL, Postgres, Mongo, or Cosmos DB.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and methodologies, including agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Git or other modern version control systems.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing technical needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills:

• True full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Working experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Experience leveraging Web APIs (REST, GraphQL).
