Title: Líder Técnico Fullstack | Technology Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / SQL / AWS) Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL, and MTY)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join a strategic Supply Chain Fulfillment Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, React, SQL, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS), with a proven ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 6+ (preferably .NET 8).
- Proficiency in React.js or Next.js for building modern front-end applications.
- Excellent SQL skills, including writing optimized queries, joins, indexes, and performance-tuned database objects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Azure is acceptable), including components for compute, serverless, data stores, and traffic management.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with gRPC or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using .NET 6+.
- Build responsive and reusable front-end components using React.js or Next.js.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects for performance.
- Collaborate with backend and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS (or Azure) services.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
