Salary Range: AUD $ 101,232 - $102,031 Annual Gross

In the role of Senior Consultant (Full stack developer), you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software engineering outcomes across cloud, application development, CI/CD, and operations within a DevOps-driven, product-centric model. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications.

- Design, build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications across AWS and/or Azure
- Develop backend services using .NET and frontend applications using ReactJS
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and release
- Own testing, production support, and incident resolution within a DevOps operating model
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, design patterns, security, performance, and cost optimization guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions
- Continuously improve DevOps practices, automation, and system reliability
Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience as a full stack developer
- Hands-on experience in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
- Strong development experience in .NET (backend) and ReactJS (frontend)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first development
- Experience in testing frameworks and DevOps practices
- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions)
- Familiarity with testing tools such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress
- Exposure to observability, logging, and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
- Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
