Short Description:
In the role of Senior Consultant, you will be expected to play a critical role in shaping the technical and solution direction of maintenance-related technology initiatives. This role will interface with clients and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components, particularly for Predictive Maintenance and Asset Health solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:
- Must be able to provide technical guidance across projects developing asset health and predictive maintenance capabilities.
- Should be able to lead end to end solution design and implementation for Maintenance application projects.
- Estimate for managing deliverables based on requirements
- Ability to design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
- Work with a global team in agile environments.
Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience as a full stack developer
- Domain knowledge in Asset Management within mining, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Exposure to advanced analytics platforms and technologies, including machine learning, SageMaker (or equivalent), Python, and SQL.
- Expertise in designing system integrations using APIs, middleware, event streaming, or microservices patterns.
- Experience in cloud architecture and engineering, preferably on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise AI solutions, including RAG architectures and in-house AI model integration.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Highly experienced with CI/CD pipelines
- Prior application development experience in mining operations.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and project management
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
