What will be your responsibilities?

  • Be a first point of contact for our customers
  • Taking care of the current organization and administrative activities at Reception
  • Supporting internal and external customers
  • Answering phone calls incoming for a "general number" and from the whole center
  • Notifying the hosts and registration of the visitors in the line with rules & procedures
  • Access card's management
  • Handling Travel and Accommodations
  • Registration and administration of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Cooperation with courier services
  • Taking care of procurement processes: purchase of goods, cost control, invoice verification
  • Email/phone contact with clients, suppliers, employees
  • Other administrative activities

  • Fluent Czech and English language skills (written and verbal)
