Financial Controller with German

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller with strong analytical and financial controlling expertise to support business and project performance through data-driven insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial and controlling reports;
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project costs;
• Support management with financial insights and performance analysis;
• Develop reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI;
• Maintain and optimize data models, databases, and reporting processes;
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and company controlling standards.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (German minimum C1 level);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling;
• Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills;
• Good understanding of Business Administration principles;
• Knowledge of IFRS standards;
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Controlling, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Project Controlling, ideally within IT environments;
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and Power Query;
• Experience working with Azure Data Lake;
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems;
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes;
• Strong affinity for digital tools, automation, and data analytics.
