Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Finance Digital Transformation Project Manager / Finance Global Process Owner
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. Lodz - hybrid

Role purpose
Lead end-to-end Finance digital transformation programs while owning the global process strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across Finance domains (R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A).

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end global Finance processes, including standards, controls, governance, and performance to realize measurable business value
  • Drive global standardization, process harmonization, and continuously improve process efficiency and quality
  • Define, lead, and deliver complex Finance transformation initiatives (ERP, digital automation, analytics, operating model redesign) from design to implementation to realize business value
  • Proper validation of scope, volume, service placement and assumptions during Due Diligence/Process Definition/Blueprinting phase
  • Conduct detailed process assessments and identify continuous improvement and transformation opportunities (technology + non-technology levers) and prepare business case and implementation plans/transformation roadmap assessing benefits, dependencies, and risks
  • Leverage digital transformation, and leading industry practices and market benchmarks to improve customer experience, efficiency, quality, adoption and "release human potential" (process automation, simplification, and standardization)
  • Plan and lead project and program delivery: scope, timeline, resources, budget, and governance across multiple workstreams
  • Mobilize, manage, and coach project teams advising clients how to realize business value
  • Design enterprise-leading solutions for BPM and GCC clients targeting precise business problems with the right blend of delivery approach, methods, and technologies
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and other teams to shape proposals/contracts and drive opportunity conversion
  • Influence senior Finance and IT stakeholders in global environments and drive adoption through communication, training alignment, and stakeholder engagement

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in Finance and 5+ in project management / digital transformation / BPM / GBS / consulting
  • Strong process expertise in Finance (primarily in Record to Report, Close & Reporting)
  • Experience in digital transformation in the Finance and Accounting area using key emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Chatbot, Social & Mobility
  • Excellent Project Management skills - Ability to coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage project plan and deliverables
  • Excellent problem solving, consulting skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • F&A or project management studies/additional course would be an asset
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations
  • Mobility up to 20%
