Finance and Accounting Team Lead (OTC or RTR)

We are looking for a candidate with:
University degree - preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) with strong financial and accounting expertise as well as comprehensive, end-to-end RTR process knowledge and understanding of financial workflows or min. 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A), with solid understanding of end-to-end OTC
1-2 years of experience in a Team Leader role within a finance process environment
Very good command of English
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is would be an asset
Experience with process transitions or migrations would be an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing team members
Confidence in managing daily client interactions and escalations

Your key activities:
Cash Application and Collection (OTC):
Supporting the transition of OTC processes from multiple countries, including knowledge transfer, stabilizing operations, and embedding standardized ways of working across the newly onboarded markets.
Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Providing operational support to team members
Handling client communication and escalations
Record to Report (RTR):
Supporting the transition of RTR processes from multiple countries, including knowledge transfer, stabilization of operations, and embedding standardized ways of working across newly onboarded markets
Managing team performance to ensure timely and accurate execution of all RTR activities in line with defined SLAs and KPIs
Monitoring service delivery risks, implementing mitigation actions, and ensuring full adherence to SOPs, internal policies, and audit requirements
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build capability and strengthen expertise within the team
