Infosys is seeking a ETL Developer with Snowflake, AWS Redshift - This position's primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. The role will require strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment while contributing towards developing and adhering to best-practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in ETL development and data analysis.
- Strong expertise in AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in Python and Unix shell scripting.
- Experience with MWAA Airflow DAG development.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Bitbucket, GitLab, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with other data warehousing and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Certification in AWS or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with PL/SQL and writing complex SQLs with any relational database systems.
- Experience in Jira and Chalk pages.
- AWS knowledge - S3, MWAA, EC2, EMR, Athena, Glue, Lambda.
- Experience in Design Review, Code Review and architecture review, participate in various architect review forums like Architecture Review Board, and interact with Client Tech SME's and Architects.
- Strong communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to drive technical meetings and represent Infosys at client side.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
