ETL Developer with Python

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Technology Lead with expertise in AWS, Python, ETL, Performance engineering, automation and archestration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, data warehousing, migration, ETL, Numphy, Pandas, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • The candidate must be located within commuting distance of St Louis, MO or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology and ETL development.
  • Familiarity with Restful APIs, Python requests, and HTTP modules.
  • Proficient with packages Pandas, Numphy and other DB related packages
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle DB and MongoDB.
  • Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Requirement Analysis and Data Mapping for ETL processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and advocate for effective solutions.

    • Experience with other data warehousing and ETL tools.
    • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
    • Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Strong communication and Analytical skills.
      Ability to drive technical meetings and represent Infosys at client side.

    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Requirement Analysis and Data Mapping for ETL processes.
    • Experience on ETL tool Informatica Power Center on OLAP and OLTP environment.
    • Knowledge and experience in dealing with Relational Database Management Systems including Normalization, Stored Procedures, Constraints, Querying, Joins, Keys, Indexes, Data Import/Export, Triggers, cursors using SQL and PL SQL.
    • Strong skills in data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.
    • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), Waterfall and Agile Project Management Methodologies.
    • Generated SQL and PL/SQL scripts to create and drop database objects including tables, views, primary keys, indexes, and constraints
