ECM Lead

Infosys is seeking a Enterprise Content Management Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TXor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience and in ECM solutions
  • An Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Analyst focuses onmanaging, organizing, and securing corporate digital assets. This role involves implementing content strategies, ensuring compliance, leveraging tools like Jamf for device management, and working with stakeholders to optimize data workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Management:Administer and maintain enterprise-level content management systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

  • Content Strategy & Governance:Implement workflows, taxonomies, and governance policies for document lifecycle management.
  • Project Management:Lead or support IS&T projects, such as migrating systems, upgrading platforms, or improving data accessibility.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to understand content needs and translate them into functional technical requirements.
  • Compliance & Security:Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with corporate data retention policies.
Required Skill:
  • Experience:Proven experience in content management system (CMS) administration, ECM technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText), or Information Governance.
  • Technical Skills:Knowledge of relational databases, data analytics, and familiarity with cloud content management solutions.
