DevSecOps Engineer
Infosys is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX, or be willing to re-locate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 4 years of experience with:
• Architecture/Design /build of Cloud based infrastructure and applications using Azure, AWS or GCP(IaaS/PaaS)
• Could security design and implementation
• Twistlock/Wiz
• Terraform, Harshicorp Sentinel Policies
• DevSecOps

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working Knowledge of:
• Using tools such as: Azure DevOps/VSTS, validate requirements, deploy, and troubleshoot deployments of code and technologies in stage and production environments
• Maintaining large infrastructure on premise and/or in the cloud
• Automated configuration and deployment
• Docker and related containerization and orchestration technologies
• networking, load balancing, clustering and firewall/security group security concepts
• Linux and Windows systems administration and security concepts
• Cloud providers and large hardware installations, modern continuous development and integration tools, have an understanding of Linux and Windows OS and internals, and be familiar with Development Operations methodologies and practices.
• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
